The last heir to a kingdom of creatures often mistaken for angels; this raider has since been driven into exile. Hunted by those who would deny his claim to the kingdom, he wears a porcelain mask to hide his identity and the scars he gained during his escape.
The tyrannical leader of a dystopian society obsessed with time and enforcing perfect order on the world, the TickTockMan demands nothing less than absolute regularity. Head of an office department that has ascended to a religious theocracy, he is in charge of executing any citizens who are ever in the wrong place at the wrong time. Using the mark of his order (a mechanical hand that rotates to reveal a cardioplate key) he turns off anyone foolish enough to run out their allotted time.
